For nearly 30 years, NOVAGO has supported local governments and businesses in responsible waste management. We operate in modern waste processing, material recovery and the use of waste’s energy potential. Our goal is to run processes that treat waste effectively, safely and in line with environmental requirements.
We are Poland’s largest producer of alternative RDF fuel made from municipal waste. We develop solutions that combine technology, operational experience and a practical approach to the challenges of the waste sector. We treat waste as a resource from which material and energy value can be recovered.
NOVAGO’s operations are built on developed infrastructure, specialised technological facilities and a team of experts responsible for organisation, supervision and the development of waste processing. Every day we work to increase system efficiency and reduce the amount of waste sent for final disposal.
NOVAGO runs processes related to the acceptance, sorting, processing and treatment of waste. We serve both the municipal sector and business customers, providing solutions tailored to specific waste streams and operational and environmental requirements.
One of NOVAGO’s key pillars is the production of alternative RDF fuel from selected combustible fractions of municipal waste (including plastics, paper, film and wood). Our RDF is used, among others, in the cement industry, where it can replace conventional fossil fuels and support the circular economy.
We also utilise the organic fraction of waste. In properly designed processes it can be used to produce biogas, which is then used to generate electricity and heat, improving the overall efficiency of the waste management system.
NOVAGO develops and operates modern waste processing installations, including sorting, biodrying, mechanical-biological treatment and processes for material and energy recovery. We consistently invest in infrastructure, process optimisation and continuous improvement of how we work.

NOVAGO operates in several locations across Poland and has an extensive technological base supporting waste processing. The company employs over 450 people and develops competencies in operations, technology, sales, legal and administration.
