Mława Job and Education Fair 2026
During the Mława Job and Education Fair 2026, we had the opportunity to meet with people interested in working at NOVAGO and to talk about what our activities involve and what everyday work at our plants looks like.
Participation in the fair was a good opportunity for us to speak directly with candidates, present employment opportunities and show how diverse the competences needed in a modern waste management system are.
The NOVAGO stand
At our stand, Ewelina Rząp and Ewa J. spoke with people interested in employment, provided information about current and potential job opportunities, and supported candidates in their first contact with the recruitment process.
Tomasz Wosiak also took part in conversations with fair participants. He verified candidates' technical knowledge and explained the practical aspects of working at our plants. Thanks to this, people visiting our stand could better understand the specifics of working at NOVAGO and the requirements related to selected positions.
On site recruitment
For people who did not have a ready CV with them, we prepared the option of completing application documents on site. We wanted every interested person to be able to leave us their application and start recruitment contact without additional formalities.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand and took the time to speak with us. Such meetings are a valuable opportunity for us to have direct contact with candidates, learn about their expectations and show how we work every day.
